We take the utmost care in selecting and curating the items that go into each subscripion box, ensuring that they meet our high sandards of quality and safety. However, we understand that there may be instances where a customer is not satisfied with their purchase.

Please provide photos of the damaged product along with your email to help us better understand the problem.

We also underand that unforeseen circumsances may arise that require you to cancel your subscription. You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the cancellation instructions provided.

Given the nature of these products (personal hygiene), please note that once a subscription box has been shipped, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.
